Castlewellan Castle

Castlewellan Castle Website

During 2012 I was asked to update the Castlewellan Castle website that I had previously designed in 2010. I was also asked to do the photography of the different accomodation rooms and parts of the building. I jumped at this chance to do this as I would be fully in charge of the content and would be able to create a good design.

The main thing that I needed to address with my previous design was usability. The menu system that I had put in place in the original design was not good enough and it needed to be easier to find sections of the website. To do this I created a css dropdown menu that meant the user would be able to access all of the website wherever they are on the website.
